Jordan Caspari
Jordan acquired Korotkin Associates after twenty-one years as an institutional real estate owner — $850 million and 1.2 million square feet in the Bay Area of Class A office/R&D, retail, and multifamily owned and managed on behalf of large institutions. He has directed $5–7 million of exterior work including landscape, hardscape, planting, and irrigation. He developed his passion for exterior landscape management over college summers and through repositioning his managed properties.
Sharon Korotkin
Sharon founded Korotkin Associates in 1981 as a specialist in the art and science of landscaping. She built the company into a firm serving public agencies and institutional owners across five Bay Area counties. Sharon worked with the early pioneers of UC Berkeley’s Integrated Pest Management program and built one of the first living wall art installations in San Francisco. She remains the firm’s Responsible Managing Officer and advises on long-range landscape strategy and plant health planning.
Matthew Pearlman
With Korotkin Associates since 2018 and leads our field operations. Matthew pairs plant-science training with commercial experience — he led our team at Fillmore Heritage Center to the CLCA Excelsior Trophy in 2019 and maintains SFPUC bioswales within OSHA guidelines. He performs irrigation checks, repairs, and client communication across the full portfolio.
Julia Beitel
With Korotkin Associates since 2017. Julia handles project design, preparation and execution, scheduling, quality control, and maintenance logs across the commercial portfolio, and serves as Site Safety Representative and Supervisor on our quarterly SFPUC bioswale task orders. Her background spans design-build, irrigation installation, and native plantings.
Frank Orozco
Frank completed the San Francisco Recreation & Parks gardener apprenticeship and studied Environmental Horticulture at CCSF. He is trained in the fundamentals that keep a landscape healthy — plant identification, pruning and hedging, pest and disease management, irrigation, and lawn aeration — with experience spanning public parks and high-end private fine-garden care.
